As a counter to more dynamic, flowing movement, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for a longer period of time to help align the body's energies in preparation for meditation. The purpose of this Yin Yoga class is to help the fascial system release. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat and water.
Designed for those looking for stretching, lengthening, and strength building. Sun salutations, holding poses, and flowing will be explored. Music & theming will be used to enhance students' experience. Students will need to bring their own yoga mat and water.
Our makerspace is the perfect hangout for a weekly time to sit and work on your art projects with fellow crafters.
Players of all skill levels are welcome and we live to introduce beginners to the game! Tiles will be supplied.

Known as "yogic sleep", this calming class will guide students to relax their bodies and minds as they enter a dream-like state of meditation. Students are encouraged to bring a blanket and pillow.
During this seated and accessible class, participants are guided through visually and vocally descriptive cues for breathing, poses, and meditation, having the option to sit or stand throughout. All physical abilities and any skill level welcome.
