As a counter to more dynamic, flowing movement, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for a longer period of time to help align the body's energies in preparation for meditation. The purpose of this Yin Yoga class is to help the fascial system release. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat and water.

This fun and interactive class will teach kids mindfulness, balance, yoga poses, and free movement.
