Public Notary Services
Notary services are available by appointment only during Library open hours, with appointments available up to 30 mins before close. Please review the Notary Services Policy before requesting an appointment. Call the Library at (231) 238-8581 to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Tuscarora Twp. residents and Business Patrons receive public notary services free of charge; for those residing in other townships, $5 for up to eight documents total.
Proctor Exam Services
It is the policy of the Indian River Area Library to provide proctoring services to Tuscarora Township residents and Business Patrons free of charge as a community service and commitment to lifelong education if all terms are met. Nonresidents will be charged $5 per test.
Request proctoring services at the Circulation Desk in the Library, or by calling the Library at (231) 238-8581 or emailing to info@indianriverlibrary.org at least 48 hours prior to the test-taking date. An appointment is required. Please review our Proctoring Examinations Policy before making an appointment.
